im 19 , 5’11 taking weight gainer (380Kcal per shake) i have 3 shakes day day along with my normal food intake.
my workout consists of 40 pull ups – sit ups 20 double leg drops and 40 push ups , i do this 3 times a day or all in one hour. will i gain weight? what is the best effective way?

Maybe, depends on your metabolism. If you want to gain muscle, you should do the Starting Strength workout. It’s the best for beginners. You’ll need access to a gym because it uses barbells.
You can ditch the weight gainer. Those things are usually expensive. Just drink a gallon of milk per day instead.
