@Recessandresults Every kid is different so you have to be the judge of how they look. I would advise that 14/15 is probable the best time to start but make sure that the kids can master any exercise with no weight or just their body weight first then add weights.
interesting. you make good points. Could you please clarify at what age kids should begin lifting weights? You use the term “kids” pretty loosely. Are you talking about teens, elementary age kids? these are excellent evaluations for kids wanting to start lifting weights after puberty, but prior to that I am curious if you would add weights.
